Ms. Aastha Jain holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce and Professional Degree of Company Secretary. She has relevant experience in Corporate Laws, Security Laws, Corporate Governance, Finance and various Compliances with Regulatory authorities.
Ms. Ami Priyank Bhanshali holds a degree of Bachelor's in Commerce and Professional Degree of Chartered Accountant. She has relevant experience in the areas of finance, audit, and compliances with Regulatory authorities.
Ms. Moxi Shah is a semi-qualified CS. She completed her CS Executive Examination in 2022, Graduation in Commerce from Gujarat University in 2022 and Masters in Commerce in 2024. She has expertise in Corporate Law, Finance, Legal, and Intellectual Property Rights including Trademarks.
